How to apply

Before you start

You need your company registration certificate, your business licence or trade permit and, for accommodation providers, the premises or health permit of your quarters, as PDF, JPG or PNG files of up to 5 MB each.

Steps

1. Create an account with your work e-mail address and verify it.

2. Sign in and complete the four steps: company, contact person, workforce or quarters, and documents.

3. Submit. You receive a reference number by e-mail.

4. A government officer reviews your application, usually within 5 working days (Sunday to Thursday). The officer may ask for more information.

5. When it is approved, sign in again to use the services.
